Lynn M. Stucky

    Lynn Martin Stucky, 75, of Beech Island, S.C., a former resident of Willshire, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013, in Aiken, S.C.
    Lynn was born in Decatur on Monday, October 11, 1937, to the late Martin and Verona Loreen (Snyder) Stucky.
    He married his former spouse, Marcia Merriman, on October 2, 1960, in the Union United Methodist Church outside of Willshire, Ohio; she survives.
    Lynn actively served his country from December 1961 to August 1962 in France with the Indiana Air National Guard.
    He was a former member of the Lion's Club in Willshire and a member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Aiken.
    Lynn retired from Automatic Switch Company in Aiken and also worked at Aeroquip in Van Wert, Ohio.
    Among survivors are his sister, Rozanne Hallman of Fremont, Ind.; two daughters, Lori (Robert) Coward of Aiken and Lisa (Milton) Kirkland of New Holland, S.C.; son, Lon (Dee) Stucky of New Haven; four grandchildren, Brenda Coward, Kristen Coward, Rachel Kirkland, and Kayley Kirkland; stepgrandchild, Charity (Brian) Crawford; and four stepgreat-grandchildren, Rayna, Phalin, Jude, and Gabriel Crawford.
    Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, January 12, at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Rev. Tim Hallman officiating.
    Burial will follow in the Willshire Cemetery.
