Louneta Bixler

    Louneta Bixler, 90, formerly of Monroe, died Tuesday at Woodcrest Retirement Community in Decatur.
    She was born on October 25, 1920, in Adams County to Osia and Mathilda "Tillie" Von Gunten.
    Among survivors are two sons, Sheldon Bixler of Fort Wayne and Von Bixler of Decatur, and one daughter. Mrs. Rick (Raelene) Hirschy of Monroe.
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in First Mennonite Church at Berne, with burial in MRE Cemetery, rural Berne.  Visiting hours are 3-8 p.m. Saturday at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne, and 1-2 p.m. Sunday in the church.
