Levi D.J. Schwartz

     Levi D.J. Schwartz, 77, of rural Berne, died Sunday in Adams Memorial Hospital.
    He was born to Joe E. and Dehlia Schwartz Schwartz.
    Among survivors are six sons, Joe A.L.. John A.L., and Jake A.L. Schwartz, all of rural Berne, and Levi A.L., Noah A.L., and Menno A.L. Schwartz, all of rural Monroe, and eight daughters, Mrs. David A. (Rosie) Schwartz of rural Decatur; Mrs. Reuben J. (Delilah) Byler and Mrs. Mose C. (Fannie) Schmidt of rural Salem, Indiana; and Mrs. Joe J. (Annie) Zehr, Mrs. Amos F. (Gertie) Schwartz, Mrs. Sam F. (Edith) Schwartz, Mrs. Mervin L. (Barbara) Schwartz, and Mrs. Daniel L. (Bertha) Schwartz, all of rural Berne.
    Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at his home, 5561 S. County Rd. 525 East, with burial in Amish Bluecreek Cemetery of Adams County.
    Visiting hours are 2-8 p.m. today and 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday at his residence.
    Funeral arrangements were by Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne.
