Cody’s Letter Poster portrays a young man from Decatur reaching out from behind prison bars to warn young people about the dangers of illegal drugs.
The posters are being distributed to all three Adams County High Schools and one middle school.
The letter was originally sent to the Decatur Daily Democrat for its Peoples Voice column by Cody Barkley, a former Bellmont High School student who is one of four local young men in prison in connection with the slaying of a Wells County resident over two years ago.
