Decatur's annual Festival of the Kekionga hits with full force on Saturday, with all manner of activities, ranging from entertainment to food, from sidewalk saies to a petting zoo, from music to storytelling, from an antique show to a flea market ... and more. The wet weather which put a bit of a damper on Thursday's activities is long-gone, according to the National Weather Service. Forecasters said highs of 81 degrees are expected today and Saturday, with lots of sunshine. Saturday is the big Kekionga day and one of the highlights will be the rededication of the 100-year-old peace monument, scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. Further details in today's print and e-editions.
