Jesse D. Klingaman

    Pastor Jesse D. Klingaman, 65, of Craigville, died Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Woodcrest Nursing Center.
    Jesse was born on December 15, 1947, in Richland Center, Wisc., to the late Rupert E. and Ethel I. (Klock) Klingaman.
    On May 26, 1972, he married Claudia M. McClure; she survives in Craigville.
    Jesse was pastor of Church of the Nazarene and also a Chaplain of VA for 25 years. He attended Bluffton First Church of the Nazarene. Jesse was a member of the College of Chaplains, a 1966 graduate of Stoughton, Wisc., a 1972 graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, and a 1977 graduate of Nazarene Theological Seminary.
    Also surviving are a son, Charles “CJ” Klingaman of Craigville; a daughter, Jaideen Barz of Steubenville, Ohio; and three grandchildren.
    Visitation was held Sunday at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.
    Funeral services were at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home. Pastor Rick Dickson officiated.
    Burial was in Decatur Cemetery.
