Jerry B. Gray

    Jerry B. Gray, 66, of Lancaster, Ohio, a former Decatur resident, died on Monday in Pickering House, a hospice in Lancaster, after a seven-year battle with cancer.
    He was born in Decatur on October 29, 1945, to Denver "Jack" and Berniece "Bea" Fennell Gray, who are deceased.
    He married Janet "Jan" Rupp in December of 1964; she survives.
    Other survivors are two sons, Jeff Gray (and wife Ann) of North Carolina and Jeremy Gray (and wife Ronda) of Lancaster, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Lee (Janet) McAlhaney of rural Monroe; and four grandsons.
    Two older brothers are deceased, Bob and Muris Gray.
    A memorial service will be conducted this Saturday at 6 p.m. in Fairfield Christian Church, 1965 N. Columbus St., in Lancaster, Ohio.
    There will be no burial because Mr. Gray donated his body to science.
