Jennifer Kate Hartman, 41, Fishers, Indiana, passed away June 5, 2012.
She was born July 4, 1970, in Chapel Hill, N.C., the daughter of Michael and the late Diana (Ettleman) Hawfield. She married Matthew Hartman on September 26, 1992; he survives.
She graduated from Southside High School in Fort Wayne, and went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
Jennifer enjoyed crocheting and needlework, but her greatest passion was spending time with her husband and girls.
She is survived by her father, Michael (Elizabeth Graber) Hawfield of Alaska; two daughters, Katelyn and Emily; her husband's parents, William and Dorothea Hartman of Decatur; two sisters-in-law, Sister Dorothea, OCD, of Des Plaines, Ill. and Renata Copsey of Broken Arrow, Okla.; nieces and nephews, Heather (Will) Warren of Edmond, Okla.; Brian (Emily) Copsey of Jenks, Okla.; and Hannah Copsey of Broken Arrow, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Diana Hawfield; and brother-in-law, Scott Copsey.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Home, Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. on Friday, June 8, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191st Street, Carmel, Ind.
