Ivy Tech offering classes here and at AC

    Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast has announced that it is offering  offering 14 courses in Adams County for the fall semester schedule, running from August 20-December 15.
    Classes will take place at Adams Central High School, Bellmont High School, and Decatur WorkOne's office on First St.
    Individuals are encouraged to register soon as classes fill early.
    Courses being offered include: concepts in mathematics (two sections); introduction to microcomputers; anatomy and physiology I; anatomy and physiology II; English composition; introduction to biology.
    Also, fundamentals of public speaking (two sections); introduction to chemistry I; introduction to psychology; fundamentals of algebra I; fundamentals of algebra II; and reading strategies for college.
    Many are introductory courses, officials said. Specific days and times for classes may be found at IvyTech.edu/northeast/community.
