Irene L. Gresley

    Irene L. Gresley, 91, of Monroeville, passed away at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at the Village of Heritage.
    She was born July 29, 1920, in Allen County, to the late Martin F. and Ida L. (Boerger) Fuelling.
    On July 12, 1946, she married Emmet M. Gresley in St. Peter Lutheran Church; he passed away November 11, 1994.
    Irene was a homemaker and a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church.
    Among survivors are her daughter, Jean L. (Alan) Bearman of Monroeville; daughter-in-law, Karen S. Gresley of Monroeville; granddaughter, Megan (Mark) Voss of Wolcottville, Ind.; grandsons, Kent (Michelle) Bearman of Fort Wayne; and Joshua (Laura) Gresley of Monroeville; and three great-grandsons, Emmet, Ian and Owen Gresley of Monroeville.
    She was preceded in death by a son, John E. Gresley on November 19, 2007; a grandson, Jesse Gresley; and three brothers, Richard C., Carlos H., and Hubert Fuelling.
    Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Fuelling.
    Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Satruday, also at the church, with the Rev. Martin Moehring officiating.
    Preferred memorials are to St. Peter Lutheran Church.
    Arrangements were by Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home.
