Imogene E. Grabner

    Imogene E. Grabner, 84, Monroeville, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.
    She was born on Wednesday, June 13, 1928, in Allen County to the late Homer J. and Ida C. (McBride) Clay.
    She married Lindy L. Grabner on August 9, 1947; he survives in Monroeville. The couple celebrated 64 years of marriage last August.
    Imogene was a homemaker.
    Among survivors are her daughters, Patricia L. (Louie) Meyer of Monroeville; Jill L. (Sheldon) Lucier of Winnipeg, Canada; son, Randy L. (Linda) Grabner of South Haven, Michigan; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dick and Milo Clay, and four sisters, Charlotte Roussey, Catherine Ruble, Lela Skiles, and Genelda Norris.
    Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery, with Rev. Ralph Klinker officiating.
    There will be no visitation.
    Preferred memorials are to Monroeville EMS or Village of Heritage.
    Arrangements were by Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville.
