Herman C. Linnemeier

    Herman C. Linnemeier, 90, of rural Decatur, died Tuesday in Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home at Fort Wayne.
    He was born on October 17, 1921, to Edward and Nora Thiele Linnemeier.
    Among survivors are his wife, Ruth, to whom he was married for 70 years; a son, Eugene A. Linnemeier of Decatur; and a daughter, Mrs. Ken (Karen S.) Short of Fort Wayne.
    Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. John Lutheran Church at Bingen, with burial in the church cemetery. Visiting hours are 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday in the church.
