Provided A five-year-old kindergarten student at Southeast Elementary School in Decatur, Ebony Fawcett, has been undergoing treatment for cancer and has been absent from class a few weeks. Her friends at the school missed her, then decided to help Ebony and her family, so the all the Southeast students conducted a drive to collect pennies. In just over one week, the youngsters brought in $2,181.18 that was given to Ebony's family to help pay for her treatments.
