Harold E. Gray III

    Harold E. Gray III, 60, of Decatur, died at his residence on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
    He was born in Teaneck, N.J., on September 16, 1952, to Harold E. and Estelle (Torterella) Gray II.
    On January 17, 1981 he married Jane Reinhart; she survives in Decatur.
    Harold retired from Sprint with 31 years of service and had been working presently as a manager at Moble King.
    Among survivors are his mother, Estelle Gray of Fayetteville, Ark.; two sons, Matthew (Courtney) Gray of Noblesville, and Donald (Stephanie) Kuhnle of Indianapolis; four daughters, Shellie (David) Lotts of Indianapolis, Debra (Kip) Harris of Fishers, Terri Kuhnle of Terre Haute and Erin (Chad) Archer of Frisco, Texas; two brothers, Brian Gray of Charlotte, N.C., and Dr. David Gray of Huntsville, Ala.; a sister, Gail Piha of Farmington, Ark; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Gordan Gray; sister, Barbara Gray-Richards; and a nephew.
    Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. on Friday, December 14, at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.
    Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Michael Heinbaugh officiating.
    Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.
    Preferred memorials are to Adams County Heart Club or Jr. Golf League/Cross Creek.
