Gregory A. Tannehill

    Gregory A. Tannehill, 56, of Decatur, died on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Leconte Medical Center in Sevierville, Tennessee.
    Greg was born on September 12, 1954, in Garden City, Michigan, to Robert E. and Virginia C. (Lemons) Tannehill.
    He married Linda L. Olds on July 31, 1982.
    Greg retired as a wastewater technician and industrial plumber. He was a Vietnam War veteran, having served in the United States Navy.
    Surviving are his wife, Linda L. Tannehill of Decatur; a daughter, Kimberly A. Tannehill of Decatur; and a brother, Steven W. Tannehill of Livonia, Michigan.
    A memorial visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home in Decatur, followed by a 2 p.m. memorial service, with Pastor Sandy Hildebrand officiating.
    Military rites will be conducted by the color guard from American Legion Post 43 in Decatur.
    Memorials are to his family.
