Grant aids video production

June 9, 2014

The City of Decatur was recently awarded a grant from the Adams County Community Foundation to aid in the production of a marketing video to be used by the city in its bid to seek Stellar Community status by the state of Indiana. Gaining that status would result in more than $10 million in grant funds being directed to Decatur for various projects identified in its Strategic Investment Plan, officials have said. Pictured from left are Cam Collier, a member of the ACCF grants committee, presenting the check to Tim Baker, city attorney and grant-writer, and Mayor John Schultz.
