Eric Mann The steel wall and roof supports were in place late last week (of May 9, 2011) for the large building being erected on the Adams County 4-H Fairgrounds in Monroe. The structure measures 110 feet by 200 feet and will be ready for the county 4-H Fair in July. Two old buildings were torn down to make room for this new structure.
