Geneva readies for Santa’s Saturday visit; Christmas open house events announced

    Geneva is ready for the arrival of Santa Claus this weekend, Chamber of Commerce and Geneva Proud representative Pam Krause informed town councilors at Tuesday night’s regular monthly meeting.
    The community and its businesses will celebrate Santa’s arrival with a Christmas open house from 5-7 p.m. Saturday. Merchants will host a variety of events in conjunction with the festivities, offering discount coupons, free cupcakes and other treats, as well as youth council games including reindeer crafts and face painting for children.
