Florine Kiefer

    Florine  Kiefer, 90, New Haven, passed away at 3:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, in the Parkview Regional Medical Center.
    She married the late Elmer Kiefer April 21, 1943; he passed away Jan. 30, 1984.
    Surviving are two daughters, Sharon (Robert) Hollis of Fort Wayne and Sandra (John) Slough of Rotonda West, Fla.; a son, Duane (Debra) Kiefer of Fort Wayne; two sisters, Wilda Scheumann of Preble and Annette Werling of New Haven; a brother, Gilbert (Marilyn) Bradtmueller of New Haven; five grandchildren, Michael Hollis, Kristine Cavacini, Kelli Moody, Timothy Kiefer and Anthony Kiefer; three step-grandchildren: Shelley Jones, Craig Slough and Stacy Boenker; eight great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great-grandchildren.
    Preceding Florine in death was a sister, Velma Macke; three brothers, Victor, Wilbert and Lloyd Bradtmueller; and a granddaughter, Stacy Keifer.
    Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Trinity Lutheran Church, 7821 Decatur Road, Fort Wayne.
    Friends will be received from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur and one hour prior to the service at the church Wednesday.
