Fern L. Lough

    Fern L. Lough, 65, of Decatur, passed away at 6:15 p.m. on July 3, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital.
    She was born on August 12, 1946, in Adams County, to the late Theodore and Treva (Rash) Mihm.
    Fern married John W. Lough on November 2, 1966; he died on November 1, 2007.
    She worked as a cook for Evergreen Assisted Living and was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge 1311.    Among survivors are a daughter, Tina M. Lough of Columbia City; five brothers, David (Julie) Rash of Decatur, Ronnie (Diane) Mihm of Willshire, Ohio, Marvin (Becky) Mihm of New Haven, Rex (Barb) Mihm of Decatur, and Calvin (Lorrie) Mihm of New Haven; and a sister, Rozella White of Magley.
    She was preceded in death by three brothers, Gerald, Billy, and Larry.
    Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.
    A 2 p.m. funeral service will follow, with    Rev. Richard Sprunger officiating.
    Burial will take place in the Decatur Cemetery.
