Faye L. Fritzinger

    Faye Lois Fritzinger, 83, formerly of rural Decatur, died at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday in Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home at Fort Wayne.
    She was born on August 5, 1927, in Paulding County, Ohio, to Charles E. and Emma M. Lehman Vance.
    She married Arthur N. Fritzinger on April 28, 1951; he survives.
    She retired in 1989 from Automatic Sprinkler at Monroe with 20 years of service and previously worked for seven years at General Electric in Fort Wayne.
    She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Decatur.
    Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Ben (Linda L.) Behnampour of New Haven and Mrs. Bruce (Kaye A.) Nestor of Decatur; one brother, Jack Vance of Paulding, Ohio; three sisters, Mae Barrett of Sarasota, Florida; Lavina Hoffman of Cleveland, Ohio; and Emma Lou Mantle of Garrett; and one granddaughter, Priscilla Nestor.
    She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles "Dick" Vance and Hugh Vance, and three sisters, Pearl Reinbolt, Hazel Vance, and Ruth Timlin.
    Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, with Rev. Randy Rossman officiating.
    Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.
    Visiting hours are 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
    Preferred memorials are to Zion United Church of Christ in Decatur or to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.
