Cooling cows

Okay, Adams County 4-H Fair fans, let's test your knowledge of an important fact about this year's event, with the temperature as hot as it is.
The question is this: how many electric fans are in use at the fairgrounds?
The Daily Democrat made an unscientific study of this vital matter on Monday and came up with these numbers, which may well be challenged by a recount or two:
    — 48 fans in the cattle barn.
    — 30 fans in the pig building.
    — 28 fans in the new building erected this year, with three of them having multiple blades perhaps 12 feet long.
    — 22 fans in the horse area.
    — 15 fans in the goat, rabbits, and chickens building.
    — 13 fans in the starter calf building.
    — 13 fans in the dining hall.
    — four fans in the Clover Center.
    — four fans outside of buildings.
That adds up to 177 fans, for you fans of fans who may now fan out to fan your fancy.
