Dyer back on ballot this fall

June 11, 2014

Decatur businessman Ed Dyer, who was defeated in the May Republican Party primary in his bid to be the party’s nominee for the Adams County Clerk of Courts seat, has been selected by party leaders to run on the November ballot for the District 2 seat on Adams County Council.
That seat, currently held by DuWayne Herman, represents residents in the city of Decatur and Washington Township. Herman has opted not to seek re-election.
Dyer was defeated by Voglewede by more than 330 votes in the primary balloting.
