Donna K. Knoblauch

    Donna Kay Knoblauch, 66, of Decatur, passed away at 4:15 p.m. at her daughter's residence in Fort Wayne, following an extended battle with cancer.
    She was born in Fort Wayne on Saturday, September 28, 1946, to the late Donald and Geraldine (Welker) Brudi.
    Donna formerly attended Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.
    She was a Registered Nurse, employed most recently by Adams Memorial Hospital and prior to that she was employed at Parkview Hospital.
    Among survivors are her daughter, Teresa Bailey of Fort Wayne; sister, Barbara (William) Petroff of Fort Wayne; and two grandsons, Christian Frank and Tristan Bailey.
    Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
    Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Ed Lovelace officiating.
    Preferred memorials are to the family.
