City, county under flood watch

Decatur and Adams County were  placed under a flood watch on Monday afternoon.
The National Weather Service said there is a 100 percent chance of rain in this area tonight and it could be heavy at times.
Forecasters said more rain is likely here on Tuesday and, again, it could be heavy at times. It also could be mixed with snow, they added.
Chances of rain on Tuesday night are listed at 90 percent.
The Decatur weather station recorded almost 8-10ths of an inch of rain over the weekend, boosting the St. Marys River to over 15 feet.
