David J. Graber

    David J. Graber, 71, Bryant, died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at his residence.
    He was born Sunday, Oct. 18, 1942, in Adams County to the late Jonas and Margaret (Schwartz) Graber.
    Survivors include his wife, Millie A. (Lambright) Graber of Bryant; nine sons, Alvin D. (Mattie Z. Schwartz) Graber and David D. (Martha Z. Schwartz) Graber, both of Portland, Jonas D. (Elizabeth B. Schwartz) Graber, Daniel D. (Clara N. Schwartz) Graber, Ervin D. (Erma S. Troyer) Graber, Amos D. (Elizabeth S. Coblentz) Graber and  Henry D. (Katherine A.R. Graber) Graber, all of Bryant, Reuben M. (Sarah K.H. Schwartz) Graber and Felty D. (Barbara K.H. Schwartz) Graber, both of Hudson, Ky.; seven daughters, Esther D. (Daniel S.) Shetler, Margaret D. (Daniel H.B.) Schwartz, Millie D. (Daniel A.R.) Graber, Susie D. (Amos A.R.) Graber and Emma D. (Daniel K.H.) Schwartz, all of Bryant, Katieann D. (Nathaniel S.) Shelter of Bloomingdale Mich. and  Lydiann D. (Joseph M.W.) Schwartz of Lagrange; four brothers, Christian J. (Mary J. Lambright) Graber, John J. (Barbara M. Hilty) Graber and, Jakob J. Graber, all of Geneva and Amos J. (Amanda J. Coblentz) Graber of Berne; six sisters, Leah J. (Joe N.) Schwartz and Emma J. (Joni E.) Hilty, both of Geneva, Lydia J. (Elmer A.) Hilty and Lovina J. (Jakob, Jr.) Hilty, both of Monroe, Margaret J. (Amos E.) Hilty of Bluffton and Mary J. (Martin H.) Schwartz of Berne; and 93 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, at Daniel H.B. Schwartz residence, 4043 W C.R. 650 N in Bryant, with Bishop Daniel S. Shetler officiating. 
    Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. Monday at the Schwartz residence.
    Burial will follow in the Pennville Amish Cemetery in Pennville.
    Arrangements were handled by Downing and Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva.
