Commissioners approve new scanning software

December 16, 2013

Landon Patterson, director of the Adams County Data Processing Board, requested the purchase of a software program for the scanning and storage of documents at the regular meeting of the Adams County Commissioners last week.
The program will allow for “reliable document imaging and sharing” between the clerk of courts, auditor’s and recorder’s offices, Patterson said, noting the software will not create a public portal, but is for internal use only.
