    Clifford K. Norman, 74, of Portland, died Monday in Jay County Hospital.
    He was born to Marlon C. and Susie Denman Norman.
    Among survivors are his wife, Lois; two sons, Rick Norman of Decatur and Steve Norman of Albany; and three daughters, Mrs. Danna (Peggy) Noggler of Fort Recovery, Ohio; Mrs. Dennis (Patty) Linn of Portland; and Mrs. Shane (Pam) Penticuff of Ridgeville, Indiana.
    Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland, with burial in Center Cemetery, rural Portland. Visiting hours are 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
