    Charles D.A. “Chuck” Kruger, 68, of Decatur, passed away at 5:17 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2010, in Adams Memorial Hospital.
    He was born on April 1, 1942, to Clarence and Opal (Summers) Kruger in Fort Wayne. They are deceased.
    He married Judi Myers on March 1, 1984.
    Chuck is survived by his wife, Judi Kruger of Decatur; twin sons, Robert Kruger of Fort Myers, Florida, and William (Gina) Kruger of Fort Wayne; three daughters, Michelle (David) Haisley of Fort Wayne, Nichole (Randall) McBride Fort Wayne, and Julia (John) Porter of Louisiana; one stepson, Richard Leon (Anne) Morgan of Decatur; two stepdaughters, Rhonda (Robert) Brown of Michigan and Jo-el Morgan of Decatur; eight grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
    He was a service man for Northern Indiana Public Service Co. for 37 years.
    His favorite pastimes were photography, fishing, and target shooting. He was also an avid guitarist and vocalist.
    Visitation will be on Thursday December 9, 2010, from 4-8 p.m. at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, and 10-11 a.m. on Friday, December 10, 2010, at the funeral home.
    Funeral services will be held on Friday December 10, at 11 a.m. in Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, with Pastor Daniel Aguilar officiating.
    Burial will take place at Decatur Cemetery.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the Angel Cancer Fund within the Adams County Community Foundation.
