Outgoing Decatur Chamber of Commerce President Carl Stevens has ended a two-year run as head of the local organization.
At last week's annual Chamber dinner, Stevens turned the gavel over to Decatur Daily Democrat Publisher Ron Storey, who will serve as chamber president for the coming year.
The Chamber honored Ed Coil with the Stephen Decatur Award and two businesses, First Bank of Berne and Custom Car Care, as recipients of its large and small business awards, respectively.
