Central, SA v-ball honored for conference play

November 8, 2013

AC defensive specialist and outside hitter, Abby Snyder.

Five Lady Jets and a pair of Starfires were named to the all-ACAC volleyball teams this week as well as members from the other six conference schools.
With a 7-0 record and the tournament crown for Adams Central, the Jets were rewarded as the only school with five members make the squads including three first teamers. Senior defensive specialist and outside hitter Abby Snyder, senior middle hitter Abbey Lichtle, and junior setter Madi Schwartz all got the nod for first team, while the junior hitting duo of Whitney Peterson and Haley Gross managed second-team honors representing the Jets.
South Adams' senior leader Alyssa Bluhm was the only first team representative for Berne as a middle hitter but junior Cady Farlow was honored on the second team as a middle hitter as well.
