Byerly couple picked as 4-H parade honorees

July 17, 2014

Wayne and Edith Byerly have been selected as the Grand Marshalls  for the 2014 Adams County 4-H Fair parade.
The Byerlys have serviced the 4-H community in a variety of capacities. For the past 15 years, the couple have served as groundskeepers, mowing the fairgrounds and tending flowers that offer a burst of color for all visitors.
Wayne has overseen the renting of the commercial building for boat and RV rentals during the winter months. In addition to these duties, they cleaned the Dining Hall for 10 years.
