A busy time at BHS

    School is certainly back in full swing in Adams County, and Bellmont High School is bustling with activity and fun for the entire community this fall. Mark your calendars for these upcoming events for the whole family.

German Club Meal
    The BHS German Club will be holding a meal from 5-7 p.m. prior to the football game versus Homestead on Friday, Sept. 20. Bratwurst, sauerkraut, warm German potato salad, lemonade, water and various dessert will be served. Tickets are $7 and carry-out options are available. All proceeds will sponsor the club’s trip to Germany this spring. Interested persons may contact the Bellmont front office for more information.

Mud Volleyball
    The students of Bellmont High will get down and dirty for this first official event of Homecoming week on Sunday, Sept. 29. The starting time is set for noon.  The cost to watch is $3.

Powder Puff Football
    The annual football showdown between the junior and senior girls kicks off at 7 p.m. on Wednesday,  Oct. 2.

    The Bellmont Braves will take on New Haven for Homecoming night on Friday, Oct. 4. A Homecoming dance for BHS students will follow from 9-11 p.m.
