Golf carts not street legal |

The use of golf carts on Decatur's streets is not legal. In fact, a new law which went into effect on Wednesday makes it illegal to operate a golf cart on a public roadway in all of Indiana.

The first of what North Adams Superintendent of Schools Wylie Sirk said will be informal, monthly meetings between school officials and the public drew a small but inquisitive crowd Thursday evening at Bellmont Middle School.
