    Billie "Bill" Wheeler, 84, of rural Columbia City, died Tuesday in Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
    He was born to Melvin C. and Jessie Blondine Wheeler.
    Among survivors are his wife, Rosemary; two daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Sheryl) Schrader and Mrs. Michael (Marsha) Gradeless of Columbia City; and a son, Dane Wheeler of Decatur.
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, with burial in South Park Cemetery. Visiting hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
