Golf-ball-size hail was seen in Decatur on Tuesday, May 10, 2011.
A storm which hit Decatur early Tuesday evening brought golf-ball-size hail and .89 of an inch of rain. The rain helped boost the St. Marys River nearly four feet in 24 hours, to 11.6 feet at 7 a.m. today. There were some reports of hail damage.
