BHS plans performances of ‘Our Town’

Portraying members of the Gibbs Family in this weekend's Bellmont High School production of "Our Town" are, in front, Whitnie Twigg (Mrs. Gibbs) and Zach Houser (Dr Gibbs), and, in back, Analee Alford (Rebecca) and Jacob Burns (George).

Bellmont High School will present Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer-prize winning play “Our Town”  during performances Saturday and Sunday.
    “Our Town” is the story of George and Emily and takes place in a sleepy little town which epitomizes America and the American dream. The play is a drama that “shows us not to take people we care about or our time together for granted,” said play organizers.
    The curtain opens for performances in the Erekson Theatre at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m.. Sunday.  Reserved seat tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students and seniors citizens. Reserved seats are in the lower center section of the theatre.  General admission seats are $6 for all ages and are in the left and right lower sections.
