Betty L. Moser

    Betty L. Moser, 83, of Berne, passed away September 10, 2012, in Berne.
    She was born to the late Earl E. and Alma L. (Raudenbush) Sipe on December 28, 1928, in Adams County.
    Betty married Nelson A. Moser on February 28, 1953.
    She was a member of the First Missionary Church and the Life Senior Fellowship. She graduated from Pleasant Mills High School in 1947 and was employed as a bookkeeper for Dunbar Furniture, Berne Lumber, Balsiger Motors, and later Courtesy Motors. She enjoyed traveling and ceramics.
    Among survivors are her brother, Doyt L. Sipe of Willshire, Ohio; nieces, Sandy K.(Dale) Sipe Schwartz of New Bremen, Ohio; Carolyn S. Sipe Archer of Decatur; Susan A. (Duane) Sipe Roehm of Willshire; and numerus other nieces and nephews.
    Preceding her in death were her husband; nephew Ronald D. Sipe; and sister-in-law Patricia J. (Noll) Sipe.
    Funeral services are at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, with visitation from 1-3 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Max Haines.
    Burial will be in MRE Cemetery, Berne.
    Preferred memorials are to the First Missionary Church and/or Family Life Care.
