The last time Decatur firefighters Tim Ulman (left) and Jeff Sheets saw Margaret Spindler of Hoagland was on March 2 as they saved her life by pulling her from a car in deep floodwater two miles inside Ohio. On May 19, 2011, she met her rescuers again.
