As we’ve all heard by now, that pesky Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow Sunday morning, predicting six more weeks of winter. Mother Nature, never one to disappoint, is setting up for yet another round or two of winter mayhem for the Adams County area.
    On the heels of a system that dumped 7 inches of fresh snow on the area Saturday evening, the National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.
