Annabelle R. Dubach, 86, Linn Grove, passed away April 5 at Adams Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1927, in Adams County to the late Jesse and Velma (Habegger) Balsiger.
She married her husband of 67 years, Wayne F. Dubach March 16, 1947; he survives.â€¨ Annie ws a member of the Living Water Church where she was involved in many activities including being an active youth leader, Sunday School teacher and Bible School teacher. She helped her husband coordinate many Gospel Sings at Old Salem Church, which were widely attended by many. Throughout her life she was a member of several Gospel Singing Groups, performing at many area churches.
Annie attended Fort Wayne Beauty School and was a beautician for many years, in her home. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed teaching them to bake and sing. Annie loved the nights her family would get together for I.U. basketball parties.â€¨ She is survived by her sons, Rick (Karen) Dubach and Greg (Pam) Dubach, both of rural Geneva; a brother, George Balsiger of Berne; five grandchildren, Tim (Becky) Dubach of Geneva, Michelle (Nathan) LeFever of Berne, Erin (Eric) Schoch of Indianapolis, Cami Dubach of Chicago and Stefanie Dubach of St. Louis, Mo.; and three great-grandchildren, Jadyn Dubach; and Lillian and Jackson Schoch.â€¨ Annie was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman and Jerome Balsiger; and a sister, Betty Vannette.â€¨ Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Living Water Church with Pastors Clark Stoller and Ralph Klinker officiating.
Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Monday at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home in Berne and one hour prior to services at the church.
