Anna L. Isch

    Anna L. Isch, 100, of Bluffton, died at 3:33 p.m. Monday, July 29, 2013, at Christian Care Retirement Community.
    Anna was born in Adams County on September 3, 1912, to the late Jehu and Lydia (Maller) Gerber.
    She married Ervin L. Isch in Wells County on May 28, 1939; he preceded her in death on April 14, 1998.
    Anna was a homemaker. She was a member of Apostolic Christian Church.
    Among survivors are three sons, Charles (Linda) Isch, Stanley (Genny) Isch, and Barry (Imogene) Isch, all of Bluffton; two brothers, Sylvan Gerber and Floyd Gerber, both of Bluffton; three sisters, Leona Schwartz, Alice Schwartz, and Josephine Schwartz, all of Bluffton; 15 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
    Anna was preceded in death by a son, Donald Isch; daughter-in-law, Judy Isch; six brothers, Gaius, Alvin, Lloyd, Edwin, Edward, and Truman Gerber; four sisters, Helen Gerber, Minnie Aschliman, Sarah Kipfer, and Dorothy Gerber; and a great-grandson.
    Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Thursday, August 1, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday, August 2, at Apostolic Christian Church East.
    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, also at the church, with Mark Gerber and Ed Schwartz officiating.
    Burial will follow in  Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Adams County.
    Preferred memorials are to Christian Care Retirement Community.
