Alexandria Pharr

    Alexandria R. "Lexy" Pharr, 23, of Decatur, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013, following an automobile accident on County Road 900 N in Adams County.
    She was born on Monday, December 18, 1989, in Decatur, to Anthony "Tony" Pharr and Kristine (O'Campo) Smedley.
    Lexy had been employed at Ossian Meats for the past several months. She was formerly employed by Bi-County Services in Berne and Ford Clutch Company, also in Berne.
    Among survivors are her life partner, Mason Hammond of Decatur; two daughters, Aubree and Braelynn Hammond; brother, Tristan (Tesa Cornett) Pharr of Decatur; sister, Jenessa Smedley of Decatur; brother, Isiah Smedley of Decatur; stepfather, Scott Smedley of Decatur; paternal grandfather, Derryle (Neva) Pharr of Berne; maternal grandmother, Alice O'Campo of Decatur; paternal grandmother, Martha (Terry) Hammons of Bluffton; maternal great-grandmother, Marge Brewster of Berne; paternal great-grandfather, Howard Pharr of Linn Grove; Mason's mother, Cassie Hammond of Decatur; Mason's father, Steve Hammond of Decatur; nephew, Bentley Pharr of Decatur; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
    Preceding Alexandria in death were a son, Shaun Izaac Hammond, on December 30, 2009; grandfather, David O'Campo; great-grandparents, Rufine Pharr, Burt Brewster, Ezekiel and Leandra Guereca; and aunt, Monica O'Campo.
    Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. and 4-7 p.m., Sunday, February 24, at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, and 9-10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church on Monday, February 25.
    Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the church with Father Patrick Joseph and Deacon Jerry Kohrman officiating.
    Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
    Preferred memorials are to the children's trust fund.
