August 15, 2013

With the 2013-14 school year under way, it seems the bulk of personnel decisions have already been made. There were a few finalized, however, during the Adams Central Board of Education meeting held Tuesday.
Submitting letters of resignation was special education aide Kate Schnitz, who accepted another job over the summer; special education aide Shelby McDonald, who is returning to college to further her education; and part-time kindergarten aide Emilee Green ,who accepted a full-time position over the summer.
Hired to replace retiring fourth grade teacher Marcia Miller was Kyli Schisler, a Huntington University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with dual licensing in special education.
