The Adams Central High School marching band which marched to the State Finals last year is more than halfway to its $25,000 goal to purchase new uniforms, according to an announcement.
The Band Boosters have converted some donated uniforms from another school into solid black uniforms for the front ensemble (pit) members. Meanwhile, it was noted, the current marching band uniforms are wearing out.
Donations to the uniform fund may be made through the band or the Adams County Community Foundation (adamscountyfoundation.org).  All contributions are tax-deductible.
