AC swimmers rout Wabash

Both the Adams Central girls and boys swim teams won nine of 12 first places en route to easy wins over Wabash Tuesday at the Central pooll.

Jacob Weil took the 500 free and 100 backstroke events and Eric Durbin took the IM and 100 butterfly, and both were on the winning medley relay team to pace the boys win.
Weil went 6:30.91 to win the 500 and added the backstroke win in 1:13.78. He combined with Dylan Krueger, Durbin and Ellison Kaehr for the medley relay win in 2:02.97. Durbin took the 100 fly in 1:08.38 and the IM in 2:44.1.
Kaehr was the 50 free champ with a 25.22 while Brey Reidenbach took the 100 free in 57.07.
Kaehr, Nick McCullough, Bebout and Reidenbach took the 200 free relay win in 1:13.78. Dylan Krueger took the breaststroke in 1:16.85.
Ali McClain earned four blues to spark the AC girls rout. She took the IM in 2:40.91 and the 100 fly in 1:10.37. She was on the winning medley effort and the 200 free relay team.
YuLeeza McCullough and Sydnee Reinhard both added three blue ribbon efforts.
McCullough took the 500 free in 6:30.97 and the 100 back in 1:20.46. She joined Whittney Landis, McClain and Reinhard for the medley win in 2:12.28.
Reinhard won the 50 in 30.88 and added the 100 free in 1:08.02. She was on the winning 200 free team with Alisen Barger, Landis and McClain.
Landis won the 100 breaststroke in 1:21.96 with Anna Wellman second and Jamie Swales third.
The Lady Jets also dominated the 100 backstroke, with Dusty Gremaux second and Tori McSwain third. Wellman was second in the 500 andn Gremaux third in that sweep for the Jets. Landis earned second and Barger third in the IM sweep for the Jets.
