Eggs don't grow on trees, but the egg trees at the Decatur branch of the Adams Public Library System have grown on the public since their first display in 1950. Some seven mini-trees loaded with 200 or so decorated eggs, are on display in the children's room of the library through April. On the day photo was taken, Mr. Lincoln was wearing a Dr. Seuss hat from the famous Cat in the Hat books.
