Squaws smash Luers, 3-0

September 18, 2012

The Squaws begin a tough week of volleyball on the right foot knocking off Bishop Luers in a convincing three-game sweep at the Teepee on Monday night 25-12, 25-16, 25-11.
Bellmont moves to 15-3 on the season, holding their number two rank in 3A volleyball intact with the win. Luers, who are not pushovers by any means, tested Adams Central to a five-set classic a week earlier but were without the services of their senior setter, Tamara Griggs.
