Bellmont coach Larry Patterson decided he'd seen enough after the first half of the Braves game against Northeast Hoosier Conference foe DeKalb Thursday night at the Teepee.
After all, the Braves started the game with a 9-0 hole and then after battling back somewhat, the Braves were AWOL in the second period going 0-8 from the field, hitting just two free throws while DeKalb tallied 12 points and led 30-15 at half.
"The team's going on, so now it's a matter getting as many individual tickets as we can this weekend. The kids have to refocus and get ready with just two days of practice," stated Bellmont coach Brent Faurote Thursday night as his squad tries to put behind it the incredible performance in whipping No. 5 Yorktown and No. 8 Carroll at the AC Team Regional Wednesday.
