The win, which clinched at least a tie for the NHC regular-season crown, puts the Braves at 6-0 in the conference with only Homestead left. Bellmont is now 14-2 overall while Carroll slipped to 7-3 and 3-3 in the league.
GARRETT—The Jets took on half the ACAC field in the Garrett-hosted conference quad match and came away with three decisive victories in each match.

Drawings for the 89th annual boys and 38th annual girls ACAC basketball tournament were revealed Thursday afternoon in a meeting of conference coaches and athletic directors held at the Back 40 Restaurant in Decatur.
ACAC president Steve Rhoades, athletic director at Garrett, noted the ACAC boy’s event is the longest running conference tournament in the state of Indiana and thanked the numerous corporate sponsors including the orthopaedic group ONE in Fort Wayne for their generous assistance in putting the tournament on.
